A team of three vehicles will support you on this trip, a vehicle will be placed strategically ahead, in the middle and at the back of the group to provide support where required. The lead support vehicle will be able to report back on any issues like traffic jams and roadworks before it affects any of the other participants.

Route maps for CoPilot, TomTom, Sygic and generic GPX files will be available to upload to your own devices.

Inclusive of the cost we provide hotel accommodation. Full details will be provided in the information pack, which you will receive at registration on the first morning. All accommodation is minimum 3* and hotel parking fees are included in the cost of the event.

Registration closes 4 weeks prior to the event. However, places are limited and it's strictly on a first come first served basis. So, to avoid disappointment it’s recommended you sign up as soon as possible.

You don’t need to plan too much in advance. You need to arrange your own crossing to mainland Europe and back (assuming you live in the UK), which advanced booking are likely to be more cost effective. Also, you might want to arrange an overnight stay on route to the Nurburgring, but it’s entirely up to you, you have the full day to register and relax at the ring on the first day of the event.

Vehicle servicing and maintenance is something else to consider for the run up to the trip. Make sure your vehicle serving is up to date for the event and that you’ve got plenty of tyre and brake life remaining to complete the trip.

Definitely not! The event is not a race, rally or time trial. The event is for you to enjoy great scenery, fine cities and of course fantastic roads but please remember the event is held on public roads and are governed by the local laws that must be respected at all times. We have planned the route so that you have plenty of time to complete it within the day and also allowing time to stop off en route and enjoy the views and attractions.

Of course. We recommend that you stick to the route as it captures some great sights and driving roads but if there is something close to the route you’d like to see please feel free to take a detour at your own pleasure.
